Julia Turner

I have worked in HR (Human Resources) for over 13 years and have extensive operational & strategic experience working with companies of all sizes from large, blue chip organisations to small, local businesses.

I started Turner Consulting in 2009 to assist small and medium sized companies - developing and delivering effective HR strategies and working on day-to-day employment issues.

I enjoy working with owners and managers to deal with issues they face and to put in place effective and robust HR stratgies to ensure that they have the right people to drive their businesses forward.

I am degree qualified and am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD). I have also completed extensive training in counselling, corporate coaching and occupational testing and occupational personality testing.

Jamie Turner

I have over 14 years experience in producing marketing strategy and delivering marketing communications in all sizes of business.

I joined Turner Consulting in 2010 and I now specialise in helping small and medium sized companies - developing and delivering effective marketing plans to increase sales, develop new markets and improve customer relationships.

I am used to working with budgets large and small – but always with an emphasis on getting the best value for money.

I am also an advocate of plain English and avoid marketing jargon wherever possible!
